This year at Springside School, we are recognizing stars of the month. Last year, each classroom recognized a star of the week, giving each student at least one opportunity throughout the year to be highlighted. As a staff, we have chosen to recognize one student each month instead. This encourages students to go above and beyond our expectations and recognizing them when they do so.
As a reward, each star of the month will be given one free hot lunch and a write up about them will be posted on the star of the month board in the main hallway.
The star of the month for September is Ana O'Neill! Ana is star of the month because she is a really good friend to all of her classmates on the playground as well as in school. Ana also does her best work in class at all times and is very helpful to others. Congratulations Ana!
